Zoe earned her law degree from the University of British Columbia and her bachelor's degree from the University of Guelph. During law school, she gained practical legal experience through clinical programs that involved investigating claims of wrongful conviction with the UBC Innocence Project and representing indigent people facing criminal charges through the UBC Criminal Law Clinic. As a result, Zoe has been actively practicing law and appearing in court from an early stage in her legal education.
Though Zoe grew up in various parts of the world, she now calls the West Coast her forever home. She has extensively traveled throughout British Columbia and spends most of her spare time exploring its forests, rivers, and islands, deepening her connection to the province she serves.
